Event & Performance Design
This collection brings together a range of promotional and visual design work created for live theatre productions, exhibitions, house shows, concerts, and film-related projects. Spanning both digital and print formats, the work explores different approaches to event branding, poster composition, typography, and audience engagement across a variety of creative environments. Each project responds to its own distinct atmosphere and audience, ranging from experimental and underground aesthetics to more polished promotional materials. Together, the collection highlights an interest in visual storytelling, performance culture, and creating bold identities for live events and creative spaces.
Stag & Lion Theatre Company — A Midsummer Night’s Dream
Poster design created for a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream staged within a 1930s New Orleans-inspired setting. Drawing from collage, western saloon graphics, and vintage theatrical advertisements, the design combines a layered and scrap-like aesthetic with visual references to Jazz Age glamour and The Great Gatsby.

American Dysphoria — Senior Thesis Exhibition
Promotional poster created for my senior thesis exhibition, American Dysphoria. Using photography from the installation itself, the design incorporates layered curtains, projection imagery, hand-cut cardboard lettering, and collage techniques to create a fragmented and immersive composition reflecting the themes of the work.

Kalamazoo College Theatre Productions — Next to Normal & The Mountaintop
A series of poster designs and mockups created for Kalamazoo College theatre productions. Next to Normal uses saturated purples, pinks, and oranges alongside sketch-like hands and a fragmented illustrated house to reflect emotional instability and disconnection. The Mountaintop draws from 1960s atomic-age aesthetics through bold blues, reds, and oranges, combining imagery of a roadside motel with falling angel feathers to create a surreal and symbolic visual atmosphere.

House Show & Campus Radio Promotional Designs
A promotional poster designed for an EDM house show inspired by Frutiger Aero aesthetics, using bold greens, reds, collage elements, and glossy digital textures to capture an energetic underground party atmosphere. Alongside it is a marketing poster for Kalamazoo College’s radio station, created in a softer illustrative style with playful typography, rounded forms, and bright colors.

Mamrock Studios — Film Production Branding
Branding and promotional concepts developed for Mamrock Studios, a film production company inspired by the glamour and visual language of Hollywood’s Golden Age. Drawing influence from productions such as The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, the designs combine vintage typography, theatrical elegance, and cinematic styling to create a nostalgic yet contemporary studio identity.
